User management
Organization admins can create and disable portal users from Portal → Users after signing in.
Admin
Manage users for their organization and access the full portal.
Superadmin
Manage all organizations and all users.
- Disabled users cannot sign in or authenticate agents.
- Desktop app users are separate from portal users unless you intentionally mirror accounts during rollout.
